Jill Beignet, who labored as a performer by the Disney College or university System, posted a movie to TikTok on Thursday about why posting such video clips hurts the performers.

Beignet explains how posting videos of performers can induce issues with administration, or perhaps charge them their jobs. She suggested viewers to use a privacy placing if they must post videos of performers. 

She then clarifies that Disney sees its performers as “pretty expendable.” She says that Disney figures are unionized, but the firm understands there’s no shortage of probable actors.
